The HPI-ΒU is also equipped with a powerful image analysis workstation. The installed software includes a) the commercially available Imaris v.9 (modules: Measurement Pro, Coloc, Filament Tracer, XT and Track) and b) the free Image J/Fiji and ICY-bioimage analysis software. In addition, the HPI-BU offers custom made image analysis solutions (macro development).
